Even if your team seems to be working just alright, every once in a while you as a leader should step back and observe the patterns that prevent your team from moving to the next level. It’s your job as a leader to care for the team’s collective wellbeing and to solve problems and inefficiencies that prevent it from living its highest possible potential.

Team Circles can be organized as a 5-week online program or a 4-day intensive live experience. Here's what you'll achieve by organizing a team circle:

How it works

  • Groups of up to 12 people (contact us for a custom proposal if your team is bigger )
  • Structured conversation on topics that are urgent and important for the team and for the individual members
  • Conversational and storytelling format facilitated by an NLP coach and a Storytelling coach
  • Three conversational sessions with an experienced facilitator (up to 2.5 hours each) 
  • A Journaling Challenge sent by email or done live 
  • Final recap session containing findings, recommendations and new courses of action
  • Program duration  
    • A 5-week online program (one 2-hour session per week and an email journaling challenge) 
    • OR a 4-day intensive live experience

Angelina Penkova

Over the past 15 years Angelina has worked in different areas of Marketing and Communications. One of her latest projects is her adventure at People Portal where she specializes in creating and delivering training workshops on Storytelling.

Both her personal and professional experience have led to the understanding that the skill to tell powerful and immersive stories can lead to improving Culture and the overall organizational environment, sharing a common vision and efficient collaboration between people and teams.

Maria Padalski

Maria created People Portal following 15 years of professional experience in various leadership positions, ranging from Marketing and Business Development to People Management. 

Her multifaceted perspective on the working of an organization has shaped her understanding that each successful company has a solid foundation where a healthy culture and shared values are inextricably woven together. And that people belong and thrive at companies where culture and values are strong.

Dobrin Padalski

Dobrin has 20+ years of experience in training and facilitation with 800+ completed trainings and 10,000+ participants. An entrepreneur and a mentor, he helps people bring the best of themselves for the collective purpose in several business and non profit organizations.

He designs leadership training programs and workshops that foster team work, shared vision and goals, productivity and connection.
