Barrett Values Center Model
The Barrett Model was developed in 1997 by Richard Barrett. It extends Maslow's concept of self-actualization in his hierarchy of needs and as a result depicts the full spectrum of human needs underlying our motivation and behavior.
The model links values to levels of consciousness and the tools (Culture Transformation Tools/CTT) based on the module can measure personal, leadership, organizational and even national consciousness.
CultureTalk: The System of 12 Archetypes
Carl Jung's personality archetypes, further developed by researchers for organizational and brand purposes, are deeply embedded in all humankind.
The 12 Archetypes come to life in the CultureTalk Survey System. This is an intuitive story-based framework that can bridge the gaps between individual and organizational realities and can create a common language across your whole organization.
