We all want to have engaged, productive and curious people on our teams. 

As team leaders, most of our efforts and time is dedicated exactly to this - building strong teams that can withstand adversity, add value and make sound choices.

But why is it so hard for this to be achieved? Why do so many engagement and culture efforts fail and we are constantly on the treadmill to come up with the next big engagement and retention strategy? What can we, as leaders, do differently to elevate our teams, so people are fueled with a contagious internal drive for achievement and fulfillment?

Learning how to live and work in alignment with your values is a PROCESS. 

This is why our program is designed to follow a specific rhythm, as well as to give you a chance to practise, observe and adjust your strategies. The program is 3 months long. During this period you will have 8 x 4h meetings with the trainers/mentors. This is the time when we will provide you knowledge, frameworks and coach you through the process. The meetings take place every other week. Between our meetings you will have several activities to complete, individually, with the group or within your organization. 

Based on each topic you will be encouraged to bring their specific cases and questions, so we can use the collective wisdom to help them navigate through. 

We prepare you to master your inner game and build the pillars of conscious leadership.

The program is designed to help you gain personal and interpersonal awareness, and to equip you with tools to create your inner compass.

Little of this program is transactional. You are invited to a transformational journey  and you should join if you are willing to take 100% responsibility for the results you are creating in your life and leadership.

Once you are at a point of clarity about your values, purpose and where you stand and want to be as a leader, we will help you connect and lead from a place of inner stability and integrity, manifested in a radical responsibility to one-self and those you lead.

Cohort Program

The Open Cohort allows leaders of all walks of business to join a peer group program which runs between April 1st - July 1st, 2022. This format allows for interaction, knowledge and experience sharing, as well as solving challenges through the collective wisdom of the group.

The group is limited to 12 participants.  Program length: 3 months with 8x4h sessions with trainers and coaches. In between our meetings you will have several activities to complete, individually, with the group or within your organization.

Individual coaching

Individual coaching allows you to dive deep in your personal values and leadership style while receiving the undivided attention of trainers and coaches who will be solely focused on your challenges and way forward. The program has a 3-month duration with frequent live interactions and assignments based on your specific leadership topics. 

Sessions are booked based on your calendar availability and you receive extra hours of coaching and support with various additional frameworks and materials.

Tailor-made for companies

Company Leadership Team Coaching

Companies who want to coach their entire leadership team through this journey of transformation can contact us for a tailor-made offer. Such a program runs between 3-5 months depending on the team's availability. Some interactions could be broken down to shorter engagements with bigger frequency.

Such an engagement allows the whole leadership team to go through the same experience and collectively raise the level of organizational consciousness.

Angelina

Over the past 15 years Angelina has worked in different areas of Marketing and Communications. One of her latest projects is her adventure at People Portal where she specializes in creating and delivering training workshops on Storytelling.

Both her personal and professional experience have led to the understanding that the skill to tell powerful and immersive stories can lead to improving Culture and the overall organizational environment, sharing a common vision and efficient collaboration between people and teams.

Dobrin

Dobrin has 20+ years of experience in training and facilitation with 800+ completed trainings and 10,000+ participants. An entrepreneur and a mentor, he helps people bring the best of themselves for the collective purpose in several business and non profit organizations.
