CultureTalk: Organizational Culture Assessment

Measure beliefs and behaviors that underpin your organizational culture

Establish a balance of archetypal energies in your organization

Organizations are complex systems that operate on many different levels. Business strategy and company culture are just two of the dimensions that leaders need to manage constantly and consciously.

Like great nations and notorious empires, successful organizations also face demise and extinction if they fail to keep a healthy balance of the archetypal energies that help societies survive and thrive.

The CultureTalk assessment in a nutshell

One of the approaches we use  for organizational culture work at People Portal is the Jungian theory of personal Archetypes which has been developed by Carol S. Pearson and John G. Corlette for organizational purposes.

We are a certified CultureTalk partner and use this single Archetype-based system which provides both individual and organizational surveys to bridge the gap between humans and organizations. The Organizational survey allows you to:

  • Measure beliefs and behaviors that underpin your organizational culture
  • Survey your entire team or a representative sample
  • Use demographic questions to compare across geographies, departments, tenure etc.

Need to lead an organizational culture change initiative? Trying to make mergers and acquisitions culturally relevant?

Why take this assessment?

Culture has become a tool for many companies to ensure engagement, creativity and innovation. It’s the invisible glue that holds people, processes, products and services together in complex systems that we call organizations.

Organizational culture is influenced on all sides - by employees, leaders, teams, and the overall brand your organization portrays to the world.

To build a culture that thrives, you need an integrated approach.

Engage in this type of work if you want to work mindfully and strategically on:

  • Culture pulse check and culture change initiatives
  • Comparing cultures during mergers and acquisitions
  • Employer brand building
