About the survey

The Leadership Values Assessment is a simple, and yet extremely powerful tool that supports leaders on their path to personal transformation and self-awareness. 

The tool compares leaders’ own perception about their values and leadership competences, with the perception of their peers, team members, and superiors. 

Leaders have the freedom to choose the people they would like to receive feedback from, ranging from internal team to clients and partners.

The assessment provides valuable insights on both individual level and leadership team level- how a group of leaders believe they act and how they actually come across to others. The Assessment provides insights on:

  • The current values of the leaders and their perception of their own leadership style and behaviors. 
  • Assessors’s (peers, employees, direct lead) perception on current leadership values and operating style 
  • Assessors’s  (peers, employees, direct lead) feedback on values and behaviors they would like to see the leader demonstrate and live by more fully

Maria created People Portal following 15 years of professional experience in various leadership positions, ranging from Marketing and Business Development to People Management. 

Her multifaceted perspective on the working of an organization has shaped her understanding that each successful company has a solid foundation where a healthy culture and shared values are inextricably woven together. And that people belong and thrive at companies where culture and values are strong.

The assessment results should be interpreted by a Barrett Values Center consultant and supported by a set of coaching sessions to help leaders move efficiently towards full spectrum, conscious leadership.
