Still active in the corporate world, Lili also runs her own coaching practice, helping leaders and teams uncover what truly drives them, address hidden needs, and create cultures where emotions fuel behaviors, behaviors shape culture, and culture ultimately influences performance and results. Her work blends emotional awareness, motivation, imagination, and compassion, guiding individuals and teams to grow in alignment with their values and aspirations.
