More and more companies are acknowledging that they need to work consciously and actively build, maintain or change their culture. For leaders, the relationship business strategy and organizational culture is becoming increasingly clear. Few companies, however, are able to successfully build the culture that works for them.
Often, leaders feel they need to “do something about culture”. They start with a lot of energy which gradually depletes. Worse, their efforts mainly come to changing the environment (the visible signs of culture), and are rarely done at the level of behaviors, interactions and emotions, which are the engines driving culture.
We created this two-day training workshop to support business visionaries, founders, managers, HR business partners, and team leaders on their journey to creating a healthy culture which people live by. A culture in which people thrive and succeed, while creating value and meaning for the company, the community, and themselves.
This practical training workshop aims at demystifying the term culture, while working with our own attitudes towards culture, and offering actionable steps, which can be implemented in organizations of different types and sizes.
